Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers

Every Bondfire experience is created with intention, preparation, and care. Our policies are designed to honor both the investment our clients make and the time, planning, and resources required to create meaningful experiences.

Please review the following policies before purchasing or registering for any Bondfire offering.

Coaching Services

If you choose to cancel your coaching package more than 24 hours before your first scheduled coaching session, you are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your first scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. Each coaching client is extended one courtesy reschedule or missed session during the duration of their coaching package. After this one-time courtesy, any missed appointment or cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a completed session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' advance notice.

Refunds After Coaching Begins

Because coaching involves reserved time, preparation, and personalized support, all coaching sales are final once your first session has taken place. No refunds will be issued after coaching has begun.

Retreats

Retreat planning begins long before guests arrive. Your reservation allows us to secure accommodations, venues, vendors, and experiences specifically for your participation.

Deposits

All retreat deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another participant, subject to approval by The Bondfire.

Retreat Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your retreat registration, the following refund schedule applies: 60 days or more before the retreat: 75% refund of the retreat balance (deposit remains non-refundable) 30–59 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the retreat balance (deposit remains non-refundable) Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another participant with prior approval from The Bondfire.

Events & ManiFEAST

Tickets purchased for dinners, workshops, special events, and experiences are non-refundable. However: Tickets may be transferred to another guest. When requested in advance and approved by The Bondfire, tickets may be converted into a future event credit. Event credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate delivery of digital products—including downloadable guides, workbooks, recordings, templates, and online resources—all digital product purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

Freedom Index™

The Freedom Index™ is offered as a complimentary educational experience. No purchase is required.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that extraordinary situations can arise. While the policies above represent our standard practices, The Bondfire reserves the right to make exceptions, issue credits, or provide alternative accommodations at our sole discretion.
